Rotating Forums

Is anyone aware of a method that would rotate the forums of a certain category after each click/visit to your website?

Basically just changing the display of the sub-forums to move one place in the display order after each click.

Please let me know if you're aware of something like this.

If you think you can do this, I have made a thread in the paid requests section.
