where to set "misc_options"

in template newthread there ist the following line:

<if condition="$show['misc_options']">

where do I set this?
It's about the option fields for parsing urls, showing signature and more

Do a search for "misc_options" in your vbulletin files and you should be able to find it in the file you are interested in (and find a plugin nearby to change it, if that is what you are after).
