need little help

how i can disable this option the normal members or moderators whatever can use to edit his own title

Custom User TitleThis is the title that appears beneath your name on your posts. Check the 'Reset' box if you wish to use the default title for your usergroup and post count.
Your current user title is
Founder & Administrator
Reset
Custom User Title

Usergroup Manager > select usergroup > can use custom title
