Modify the Default template from fluid to fixed width?

G'day,
I would like to change the default template to having a fixed width, I've modified the 'Main Table Width' from 100% to the pixel width I would like it, but that seems to of only changed the banner size and not the rest of the page.

Any advice would be fantastic.

Nm, figured out what was wrong.
I was putting px after the width and it was breaking it.
