Reset Currently Active Users?
 
It's suppose to reset every 60 seconds, but right now it's just adding to the total instead of refreshing who's on and who's.

We don't have the amount of users or guest on right now in that amount.

Is there any way to correct this or reset the function?

What's supposed to reset every 60 seconds? Currently Active Users list is defined by your session timeout (vboptions > cookies > session timeout). Default is 900, or 15 minutes.
