Allow users to create thread prefixes?

Hi guys,

I want a user to be able to create thread prefixes (and therefore apply them to their threads).

I will already have the prefix set & a few prefixes already present

I am currently using 3.7.3 - will I need to upgrade to 3.8 (is this a built-in feature of 3.8?)

Users cannot create thread prefixes. It's something that can only be done in the admin cp. You would have to write a modification to allow users to add them.
