second usergroup doesnt ovveride
first usergroup only have regular member features while i want to have global mod feature by assigning a second usergroup but it doesnt work. Any help with this please

Secondary groups are not meant to over ride primary group permissions. If you wish to have a Global Moderator group, make it a primary group and assign the individual to that group.
