Rules when you reply to a thread in quickreply

Many people have asked how to insert the rules when the members reply (in quick reply) to a thread.
Now how do you explain.

Open showthread_quickreply template and add above all this code:

<li>Second rules. </li>

For add new rules add a new line with the code
