Need help with the in-built Human verification system
Hello,
We've upgraded to 3.8.2 & trying to take advantage of the in-built human verification system. I see that my contactus, registration templates all have a call to human verification template ($human_verify) but it's just not visible. When i copy the html from the human verification template & pasted it directly in to my contactus template, the image verification shows up, but the 'vbulletin' captcha image shows up on page load. Only after hitting the 'refresh image' a few times, random images start showing up. How do i get this working? Could someone help? Has anyone had this problem before.? I searched the forum for a while but haven't found a solution yet. |

Thank you. I followed the steps from your suggestions. Still don't see the 'human verification' in the contact us form (using this default theme)
These are the options i have set for my vbulletin human verification options: Human verification manager: 'Image verification' is enabled Image verification library is set to GD & I do see the random GD library generated image beneath it. Vbulletin Options -> Image settings -> GD has been enabled Vbulletin options -> Human verification options -> Human verified actions -> 'Contact Us' has been checkmarked. Don't understand why it's still not showing up. Anything else I'm missing? |
Are you logged out when looking at the Contact Us page? It won't show the human verification stuff for logged in users.

Awesome. Good point. I was logged in all along while testing the captcha. I logged out & it shows up fine now. Thanks a lot.
