Database error Problem

Hello, I'd like to know how to fix this "database error" problem, 'cause when the number of online users gets high, this error starts happening in any thread, portal, in the admincp, etc. Then I check the source-code and it the errors is the following:

the machine is already in 3.000 simultaneos conections and still have this error, i already did this steps and still the same =(

Did you check the user-limit, and not only the global one? "max_user_connections"
