E-mails not working in one of my forums
 

Hi !

Well I have two vbulletin forums, in different domains but same hosting.

Everything worked great until 4 days ago, when one of my forums stopped sending e-mails.

I didn't change anything. The other forum works fine.

I checked the manual and did the e-mail sending test, didn't get the e-mail.

It looks like all my users have the problem, and I have tested gmail, and other providers.

Do you have any idea of what's happening?

Did you try looking at your error_logs? or your maillog?

LYnne, do I have to setup the e-mail log on the options, right?

How do I check my error logs?

I don't know what you have setup for your server, but I have email logs on mine in the server log directory. As for error_logs, mine are in a /logs directory for that particular site - if you don't know where yours are, you should ask your host.

Just to update this, I checked my logs and found nothing wrong.

E-mails started working back again on May 1st.

Maybe it was a temporary glitch, or somehow my e-mails were getting blocked on the end of last month (only last week).

That would be interesting. Have you asked your host if they blocked them because of some limit they impose?

They said that they had nothing to do with this.

Let's wait this month.
