Add the extension to the attachment manager and then just attach it to a post like a regular attachment.

where is the attachment manager?

there are 3 different area for this, should be condensed into one.

i found 3 different area for attachments in the admin cp, attachments, vb options > message attachment options and one other place i can't remember now, i think they should all be condensed into the same location, to avoid further confusion...
