Reputation, Infractions, and Promotions
 

I'm looking for a way to promote and demote users' group membership based primarily on reputation and infractions, with perhaps some sort of post rating in the mix as well.

vBul can promote or demote based on reputation rising above or sinking below thresholds; that part seems easy.

I want to set it so that receiving an infraction will remove reputation as well, triggering demotions. As far as I can tell, there's no way to demote directly from infractions, just move to a banned group for a period of time.

And if there were a post rating system that also pushed reputation one way or the other, that would be useful, too.

As far as I can tell, I'll need a mod or two. Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm on v3.8.
