Display Feature for Member Email Address in User Profile?
 
I don't remember seeing any permissions ( just looked and couldn't find any) for setting the profile to display member email addresses in the user profile contact info. I think this is not possible without a custom hack. Is this correct? Or am I missing something? I also could not find anything where it will be allowed for just admin and mods so I am thinking its not a configurable feature.

Any one know for sure?

If the admin has it set to Use Secure Email Sending, then users just get to fill out a form and then the site sends the email (so the email doens't get shown at all to the person sending the email).
