How can i open RSS url In New Browser

hello,

i need help about rss url .

when i put this url on page and rss headlines comes when someone clicks on it its open in same page
url that i have put is

http://www.sitename.com/external.php?type=RSS2

i cant use any software to target it in blank due to some reasn
soo i want to know is it possible that i can have a link like

http://www.sitename.com/external.php...9;target=blank'

or soo ?

please help me in this thanks

Nope. You would have to modify them template for the <a> link to have the target in there.
