Allowing [color] in Threadtitle?

Is it possible to allow [color]-Tags in a Threadtitle ?
I have colored censored hearts.
So instead of BADWORD comes ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Or in Tags:

So I'd like to have those hearts in the threadtitle too.
Is that possible ?
