how do i add User CP Like on This forum ? what mod those that ? let me know please thank you.:)

Just create a drop down and use whatever links you want in it. If you want to know how to make a dropdown in the navbar, just search for "navbar" in "articles" "titles only" and you'll find an article on how to do it.
