Soft-delete threads/attachments not approved by moderators
 

OK, before anyone points me to the "Does this hack exist? Will somebody make it?" thread - yes, I've read it. :) So, having said that...

I see that vBulletin supports soft-delete and hard-delete for threads and posts, which is great! However, when thread or attachments are pre-moderated and the moderator wants to "rejects" them they are hard deleted. This isn't so great, because we'd like our moderators to be able to review each other's actions. So, is there a mod out there that would allow a thread or attachment to be "rejected" - ie. keep it hidden from users, but visible to mods and remove it from the queue of things to be moderated? If it then shows up as a soft-deleted thread does in the forum display that would be ideal. Of course, the ability to hard-delete it is still good, in case it's something really nasty.
