I got this for ALL of my members.

From this "Insufficient disk space", it appears you reached your quota on disk space for your account.

Clear some junk off the server via ftp.

I would suggest asking your host then, it is a disk space issue and may be filling up the tmp dir, thats why it comes and goes in the email to users page as it goes from user to user.
