Need help with my header [I know. I know]

I've been through the articles and the post. I've done everything and it for the most part has work.

Except the the "headbg" repeating itself. It's screwing up my header. Is there a way I can do this with a busy header and not just a simple one?

Here is my header....

Any help would be gladly appreciated.

2. No code posted from the header template.

If you could use the panel from behind the LIN in sideline that might look better. It would look like you started out with white then ran through the colors going accross to return to white on the other end. The background has diagonal lines going through it which give creedance to it's being repeated. Draws attention to it. Personally speaking if you could redo that panel behind LIN and get the diagonal lines out that to me would work.
