image prefix

How can I put an image prefix?
I know it is an add-on, but I don't localizate it.

Look! first icon (sms) is 'new message' or not. The second icon it's an imagen who describe a forum. I read it is "prefix thread" o similar, but I can not find it

That mod is for vb version 2.0 - nobody can download it. Try looking for mods that will work with your version - usually 3.5 mods and up.
