HELP PLEASE: v32 games saving score 0
 

Hi I have had this problem for months and I really need someone to help me or give suggestions on what to check.

I upgraded my ibproarcade to ibProArcade v2.6.8+, my vbulletin version is vBulletin 3.7.3 Patch Level 1.

All games save score except v32 games.
example: (Highscore: ) <--No Number at all
Next to the name of person who played
example: Kimberley 0

My v32 games were working on the earlier ibproarcade version but even with reinstalling that version I can't get them to work. I have now re-installed the later version again and I have the gamesdata folder in the correct place and it has the folders stored in it like it is supposed too.

I have also added the extra text to the index.php file just incase that was the problem but still it hasn't made and scores save on the v32 games.

Please HELP any help will be much appreciated!

I can't be the only one to ever have had this problem and NOT once has anyone ever replied to any of my threads where I need help *sighs*

Same problem with v32 games as well.

Do you have holdsession.php in your forum root?

And does arcadelib exist in your arcade folder and is CHMOD 777?

Sorry Kimberley I think I must have been on another planet with reference to the arcadelib folder, that was an old IPB requirement for v3 and v32 games :o

Does it record 0 with all your v32 games? Is your gamedata folder CHMOD 777?

I seen somewhere that someone had to similar problem and they ended up creating a new gamedata folder, renaming the old one gamedata1 (or something) and transferring all the gamedata1 contents to the new gamedata folder and scores started recoring again

It records 0 for all v32 games .. gamedata folder is set to CHMOD 777 and I found that thread you are talking about and tried that about a month ago but still no score will show..

Next to players name it records as 0

Above where it says highscore it is blank doesn't record a number at all.

Can you check and see if the scores are recording in your database?

Also can you check and see if there is a gamedata folder being created for the v32 games when you install them?

I see the v32 game folders are added in the gamedata folder...

I also have a gamedata folder in the tar folder with only and index. thing in it is that supposed to be in there?

Can you please tell me how to check if the scores are recording in my database? Sorry NOT sure where to look for that info
