A quicker way to enable/disable avatars/sigs/pictures?
 

Is there a hack/mod that will allow an easier way of enabling/disabling avatars/sigs/pictures in a forum? Currently, at work I have to go through the user CP>options>uncheck all 3 then hit submit...and then again at home repeat the process.

Maybe a link or button in "Quick links"

Have you considered creating a 'work safe' skin that doesn't show avatars, sigs, or attachments?

I don't think I've ever seen a modification like what you want. I don't think you can have it in Quick Links - I think it would have to be in an actual form (so you'd have to have a button to do it).

That might be a better idea...but how would I disable images in a skin?

First, you'll have to modify the postbit to get rid of avatars and sigs. But, if you want to remove images in posts, do a find/replace on parts of the image code used for the image tags so the image won't show and will just be a link (kinda like they do in some mobile skins).
