Please help - members can not view attachments
 

Can't get much help over at vbulletin.com, in fact, not getting any help so I am hoping someone here can help me with this problem.

Members, including myself can not view attachments. When we click on them it kind of does this black tint to the window then redirects us to log in. And still nothing.

Anyone know why this is doing it?

In my admincp, all usergroups are set to view and download attachments.

Try turning off the lightbox and see if users can view the attachments. vboptions > message attachment options > use image lightbox > no

Did that, it did get rid of the light box but now when I click the attachment picture name, it sends me to the log in screen where it says I dont have permission or im not logged in. Grr

Have you checked the Attachments Permissions for each usergroup? And also the Forum Permissions for each usergroup? (This is different than Usergroup Manager permissions for each usergroup.)

Thanks for getting back to me lynne, I have found the problem. I disabled vbseo and it works but when its active it does not work. So I'm over there posting it up.
