Post/Thread Voting System (Simple)

We would like our members to vote on each others threads -

Maybe

- each day a member gets a vote to cast on their favourite thread
- or each Week/month
- you can see on the thread how many votes it has recieved in total,
- how many members found this thread helpful (like amazon reviews)
