Advanced Help Required

I have a modification where it enabled me to add custom coding in a box below their signature. What code should I use to make it display threads the user has started in forums with the IDs: 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, with prefixes if possible? If anyone could tell me what coding I would do for that (Blank textbox, using PHP coding) it would be HUGELY appreciated.

That would be extremely taxing on the server, as you would have to fetch all those threads for every user on that page...
