Every welcome message should be changed from it's default.

What did you guys put for yours to get more people to register?

install your forum with new styles/skins, if download skins, you choose skins in https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=212
so that, user interested register at your forum ...

I didn't modify it too much, but did include a couple of important links in our FAQ to help users get started with downloading stuff.
