vb.org Archive - No access to ibProArcade

Hey guys,
I had a copy of v3Arcade but I uninstalled the program to add ibProArcade instead. All the install went fine, but it doesn't show up anywhere on my boards and it doesn't show itself in the vBulletin Options (which I gather is the place for the option to put the link in the navbar right?).

So seeing that I can't get to that screen I have no way of accessing the Arcade.
I have uninstalled, reinstalled, over written the files and nothing. The Arcade options are in the menu bar but that is it.

Any ideas?

I run the latest copy of vB.
