Editor Box problem

Issue is that only me (administrator) see icons in editor box. All other users have only box for posting, without any icon for BB code.

They probably have the standard editor enabled instead of the WYSIWYG editor. They can change that in their User CP. You can change the default for new users in vboptions > user reg options > message editor interface
