How do I change the "post edit time limit"
 
Hello, my users are having this error message when they edit their posts and I cant find the option in the ACP.

"the administrator has specified that you can only edit messages for 3 minutes after you have posted. This time limit has expired, so you must contact the administrator to make alterations on your message."

can anyone help me? Thanks.

P.S. Im running vBulletin 3.6.8
