Rank Images issue... please help? :)
 

Hi all,

I'm finally getting some new members and something odd's happening.

I have a promotion set that when they reach 10+ posts, they become a "Jr. Member" with a graphic rank.

Some members are reaching 10+ posts and getting that image, and some aren't.

Is there something I look be looking for in the admin cp for each non-rank-image that can be causing this?

Promotions are usually run only about once an hour. And, the cron job only checks the users that have been active since the last time the job was run. So, the user needs to have been active recently in order to be promoted. Also, check your promotions usergroups and make sure the users not being promoted actually meet the criteria.

Yes, it was the "Promotion" thing along with somehow not understanding the whole Usergroup thing. :)
