1. It seems like you don't use the permissionsystem!
2. you can use $vbulletin->forumcache
it's a global variable and contains all forums which the user can see, so you safe one query;)
3. the sitemap for google and co looks different! it's a xml file! http://www.vbseo.com/sitemap_1.xml.gz
