vb.org Archive - How to Modify Fields in Member List Template

I know this must be easy, but I just couldn't find any reference to it after searching. I just want to mofidy which fields are visible on the Member List template. Right now, all I see is User Name, Posts, and Avatar. I checked into the code for the Memberlist template and found code that looks like it turns a whole bunch of other fields on, but I just can't figure out how to do it. I even have 2 User Profile fields set to show on the member list, but they aren't showing up. Any help is greatly appreciated.
