mostly free host, isn't it?

they just want you to purchase a dedicated server so they make money, it's not a new situation here... change host.. go somewhere where they know vBulletin and where there is no Unlimited everything for 5$

No my hosting cost 97.00 a yr.

I would change but I just paid my year of hosting b4 this problem came up.

I would appreciate some tips.

Thank you.

97$/y is just 9$ per month, so for me is a cheap host, sorry... there is ALWAYS a refund policy on these hosts...

and the problem always come when you pay your first year package... strangely they never alerted you before, isn't it strange...

sorry if it is sarcastic, but you can be refund, or loose that cash in exchange of a safe host...

I appreciate your math skills but I need answers that will help me now.

I also appreciate your advise but for now I'm going to try to stay with the host as they have been my host for the last 3/4 yrs. only now I got better admins so the site have picked up.

Any answers on lowering the cpu how to do that would be greatly appreciated.

We have lowered the cpu but not the acct. execution.

The host said something about plug-ins but was vague as they are not there to give us tech support.

Thank you.

There may not be much you can do. CPU depends almost totally on how many simultaneous users you have on. If you're getting over 50, you need to start considering a higher package like VPS.

If you're a lot under that, then you may need to look to CPU hogs like chat and shoutboxes. You may also want to search over at vb.com.

Thank you I will pass that on to my admin.

Appreciate your reply.
