Please find a site in your language and try there or try to ask your question in english.

i think i've deciphered what you're asking but i don't know the fix, so i'll just post my translation to english

1. You are trying to close forums on certain day of the week, and only by forum id number, and while forum is closed you would like to be able to post standard message such as, this forum is only open on weekends

2. you are trying to remove an error from your navbar

if you post your site so we can view we may be able to help further

1.) You will have to write a cron job to do that. If you are leaving several forums open, and only closing a couple, then you can just write a basic Scheduled Task. If you are closing the whole site, it will have to be an actual cron job your run on your server. I don't know the query to run, but I'm pretty sure this issue has been covered a few times here so you should do a search.
