Hi,

would it be possible to

1) a website (goverment so its not copyrighted) has new articles concercing certain topics,

I use rss but it grabs the headline and a link to the story, I then visit the site, copy the story and place it in my forum where it fits best, only from government sites,

Can this not be automated?
