drop tables?

I'm new to vbulletin and I was wondering if someone could tell me how to drop specific tables.

I installed Living Avatars on my forum, then found out that it's not what I was looking for so, I'd like to uninstall it. Under instructions for uninstall it says I need to drop tables called 'la_*****'....but I don't know how to do so.

Any help would be appreciated
