Change other user's custom title?
 
We used to have uShop, but we lost it when upgrading to 3.8. The only feature we really used was the ability to purchase a custom title change for another user. Our members really loved it, and they haven't ceased complaining that it's gone.

uShop is deprecated, so I'm wondering if any other mod does that? I've been searching here, but I haven't found one yet.
