Permissions not working
 

HELP!!!!!

I've got a moderators area on my form. It's for discussions between moderators only and as you well can guess it's def not for public consumption.

Problem I'm having is that we're seeing new posts and replies from non-moderators. :eek:

The following permissions are currently in place:

Show private forum : No
Password - set

To set permissions on this forum I hit the Deny All and then specifically gave permission only to Administrators and Super Moderators and Moderators

I've verified that all other groups have everything set to No

I've logged in as a registered user and cannot see the forum nor can I see the threads in the new posts thread

How then am I getting people who shouldn't have access having access?????

For my moderator-only forum I don't have a password and for Show Private Forum I have Use Default as my option and everything works fine. I also used the Deny All option and then gave the proper usergroups access to the forum.

Make sure these users that can see the forum don't have their access masks set to show the forum to them.
