vb.org Archive - Problem with infractions

Hi Guys,
When i was trying to create new infraction level, i had a problem.
I can create it, but then the title does not show (in the admin list and in the "public list", when i am trying to put an infraction). But, if i try to edit the infraction level, the title is written.
