vista IE7 smiles box question
 

I was wondering if any computer savy people could help me.

On my forum everyone can click the smilies box and choose more smilies. And when it pops up they then can click on a smilie in the box and it will show in thier posts.

Well for some reason when I try they are not clickable. They are in the little box to the right but not in the pop up box. All the smilies are there but not clickable.
But if I go to my sons pc and try the pop up box smilies are clickable.

So I know it is not a vbulletin problem. And I know it has nothing to do with usergroup permissions because I can when I use my name logged on in his pc.

So the question is is there some where in vista or IE I need to check to fix this?

I think I checked my java settings and they are right. But then I could be wrong.

oh one more thing
My blinking curser wont stay in post box when I go to pop up window to choose smilie:(

Again this is happening to me and not any other member
