Changing Style Option Missing

I just did a major database and forum reorganization, and now I can't see the quick style changer. Any reasons known for this? Can't be plugins-none are installed.

I don't know what a "major database and forum reorganization" constitutes, so I can't even hope to guess at what may be wrong.
