Different Notification Emails for Particular Forum

I'm using a forum category to manage comments for a custom script. Threads are created automatically and comments are added without the user visiting the thread.

Notification emails are basically pulling back the curtain. I'd like, instead, to have different notification emails sent for that forum so that users are directed to the script's page rather than the thread. How can this be done?
