I'd really like something like vBFavorites for 3.8.x.

I want to be able to quickly tag interesting threads withOUT subscribing to them. I'd like to be able to get to them quickly (like tagged threads here) without a lot of trouble. I don't want to social bookmark them.

Am I missing a mod anywhere? I've seen others ask for it. Seems like it would be a great addition. Personally, I'd just like a little favorites icon on each post and on each thread to click. And the ability to remove it as well, in addition to the pull-down menu options.
