Allow guests to choose their own Style/Template?
 

I know that you can allow Registered Users and other usergroups to select their own forum Style, but how do you enable this for Guests?

For example, a registered user is able to choose the style he/she wants using this drop down near the bottom of the page:

Is it possible to enable this for guests?

I apologize if there is an obvious solution; the vbulletin admincp is a big place, with lots of places for options and settings to hide.

Unless you have some modification installed that doesn't allow Guests to pick the styles, if you allow users to pick styles, then the guests will be able to also. It's default functionality.
