Image Auto Resize in Phot Albums

I am looking for a way to auto resize images people upload to the photo albums section in 3.8 ... that way if someone uploads and image from a cell phone or something that is gigantic it will automatically be resized to fit the width and hieght of the vbulletin window...

please Pm me if you know any information on doing this mod thanks.
