Shift the "Forum/Last Post/ etc." up to the top???
 

Here is an image of what I want to do.

Basically I want to move the "Forum/Last Post/ Threads/Posts" bar to the top of forums and then have it not appear below each category section.

I think it has something to do with the code in Forum Home: forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost
