Showing Polls On A Regular Homepage

My forums are at forums.address.com and my regular homepage is at www.address.com

Is there anyway to post polls from my forums to my regular homepage for visitors and unregistered users to vote on?

I use vBa CMPS homepage (coder friend of mine installed it) and it has it included. (See link in my sig for example)
