Forum Jump on NavBar?

Quick question, when i download the ZIP file.. how do i edit it to change the dependency? I open it up, and it shows up in IE, which doesn't allow me to edit it.

Nevermind, I got it. It's an okay modification.. except it's too damn big, even when seperated into columns.

I wish I could find the modification they use on: prosportsdaily.com/forums (the forum jump at the top)
