Yes its possible... I have seen a hack which doesnt allow guests to view links. They recive a message which says: You must register before you can view the link.
Its the same way, you just have to tell that mod that he have to hide the [code] tags instead of URL tags.

search using the box in the upper right corner. Try terms like "guest*" or "code*" or "hide*" in "all mods" "titles only"

i found the same matter in this thread https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=58380 and this thread https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=105160 , but i cant find the sollution to hide content inside [code] tag for my forum. Im using version 3.8.1

There anyone who can really help me with a hack or modification?
